2. Hosting and email

This website is operated on a server of IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. The sacasoft.com mailboxes are also hosted by IONOS. IONOS processes the data on behalf of the controller; a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place.

3. Visiting this website (server log files)

When you visit this website, the web server automatically processes information transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time, the page requested, referrer URL, and browser and operating system. This processing is necessary to provide the website and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The log files are deleted automatically after 14 days.

4. Cookies and tracking

This website only sets one technically necessary cookie (".AspNetCore.Culture"), which stores the language you selected for one year. The legal basis is Section 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG (German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. No cookies are used for analytics or advertising, and no tracking services are used.

5. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, the information you provide is used solely to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and is deleted once it has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply. Emails are stored in the mailboxes hosted by IONOS (see section 2).

6. Links to app stores

This website links to the Apple App Store, Google Play and the Microsoft Store. When you follow these links, the privacy policies of the respective providers apply. The apps themselves have their own privacy policies.

7. Data security

This website is delivered exclusively via encrypted HTTPS (TLS). No automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. To exercise these rights, please contact privacy@sacasoft.com.

Right to object: Where processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object to it at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is the Unabhängiges Datenschutzzentrum Saarland (Independent Data Protection Centre Saarland).
